DECLARATION
of 3 November 2004
laying down the form and manner of keeping records of the supporting documents necessary for reporting to the integrated pollution register
According to Section 47 (3) of Act No. 76 / 2002 Coll., on Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control, on Integrated Pollution Register and on the Amendment of Certain Laws (Act on Integrated Prevention), as amended by Act No. 521 / 2002 Coll. and Act No. 437 / 2004 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Section 25 (1) of the Act:
Reporting of evidence for reporting to an integrated pollution register
(1) The user of the registered substance [§ 2 (l) of the Act] keeps a record of the reported substances separately for each technical or technological unit and separately for each reported substance.
(2) A separate record sheet shall be kept for each reported substance. The model of the register and the manner in which it is completed is set out in the Annex to this Order.
(3) The certificate is kept for the reporting period of the calendar year. It must be established on 1 January of the year for which the data will be reported.
(4) From the records, the user of the registered substance processes the reporting to the integrated pollution register.
(5) The evidence shall be kept in such a way as to contain all data in undistorted and true form.
(6) Registration shall be carried out in electronic or paper form in a manner which allows access, checking the completeness and accuracy of the data [Section 34 (a) of the Act] and archiving (Section 25 (2) of the Act) of documents.
Information on compliance with the terms of the integrated permit
(1) The registration of an installation [Paragraph 2 (a) of the Act] includes data on compliance with the terms of the integrated permit (Paragraph 25 (1) of the Act) established by the Authorisation Office [Paragraph 13 (4) (k) of the Act].
(2) The data shall show full operator information on compliance with the conditions of the integrated permit. Data shall be processed in electronic or paper form in a way that allows access and control of the completeness and accuracy of data [§ 34 (a) of the Act].
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect 15 days after the date of its publication.
