DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 17 December 1990
on the exemption from import duties of goods imported for the purposes of State-registered churches, religious societies, religious orders, congregations and their charities
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 44 (2) of Customs Act No. 44 / 1974 Coll. provides:
§ 1
(1) Goods imported for the purposes of State-registered churches, religious societies, religious orders and congregations and their charities shall be exempt from the duty.
(2) Goods shall be released provided that they are not sold or otherwise disposed of or used for gainful purposes.
§ 2
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 1991 and shall expire on 31 December 1993.
