DECLARATION
of 10 December 2025
amending Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides pursuant to § 119 (2) of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on Social Services, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 206 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 366 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 313 / 2013 Coll., Act No. 254 / 2014 Coll., Act No. 38 / 2025 Coll. and Act No. 152 / 2025 Coll., to implement § 73 (3), § 75 (1), § 76 (1) and § 79 (7) of this Act:
Decree No. 505 / 2006 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Social Services Act, as amended by Decree No. 166 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 340 / 2007 Coll., Decree No. 239 / 2009 Coll., Decree No. 162 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 391 / 2011 Coll., Decree No. 389 / 2013 Coll., Decree No. 218 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 387 / 2017 Coll., Decree No. 34 / 2022 Coll., Decree No. 440 / 2022 Coll., Decree No. 378 / 2023 Coll., Decree No. 195 / 2024 Coll. and Decree No. 48 / 2025 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. in § 6 (2) (b) (1), § 10 (2) (b) (1), § 11 (2) (b) (1), § 12 (2) (b) (1), § 13 (2) (b) (1), § 14 (2) (b) (1), § 15 (2) (b) (1), § 16 (2) (b) (1), § 18 (2) (b) (1), § 32 (2) (2) (1) and § 35 (2) (b) (1), "CZK 260" shall be replaced by "290 CZK."
2. in § 6 (2) (b) (2), § 10 (2) (b) (2), § 11 (2) (b) (2), § 12 (2) (b) (2), § 13 (2) (b) (2), § 14 (2) (b) (2), § 15 (2) (b) (2), § 16 (2) (b) (2), § 18 (2) (b) (2), § 32 (2) (2) (2) and § 35 (2) (b) (2) (2), "120 CZK" is replaced by "135 CZK."
3. In Paragraph 6 (2) (c), "CZK 60 'is replaced by" CZK 65'.
4. In Paragraph 6 (2) (d), "CZK 170 'is replaced by" CZK 180'.
5. In Paragraph 6 (2) (e), the amount "100 CZK" is replaced by "110 CZK."
6. In § 10 (2) (c), § 13 (2) (a), § 14 (2) (a), § 15 (2) (a), § 16 (2) (a) and § 18 (2) (a), "CZK 315" is replaced by "CZK 335."
7. In § 10 (2) (c), § 13 (2) (a), § 14 (2) (a), § 15 (2) (a), § 16 (2) (a) and § 18 (2) (a), the words "when a person is accommodated in a single room, the payment shall not exceed CZK 380 per day."
8. In Article 10, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The maximum remuneration in the event of a payment agreed for the duration of the provision of relief services in outpatient form is CZK 145 per hour of the service period; if it is part of a food service provided, this amount shall be increased daily not more than:
a) by 290 CZK, if a full-day meal is provided,
b) 135 CZK if lunch is provided. "
9. In Article 12, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The maximum remuneration in the event of a payment agreed for the period of service in daily stationary is CZK 145 per hour of service; if it is part of a food service provided, this amount shall be increased daily not more than:
a) by 290 CZK, if a full-day meal is provided,
b) 135 CZK if lunch is provided. "
10. In § 17 (2) (a) (1), § 22 (2) (a) (1), § 29 (2) (b) (1) and § 33 (2) (a) (1), "CZK 255" is replaced by "CZK 285."
11. In § 17 (2) (a) (2), § 22 (2) (a) (2), § 29 (2) (b) (2) and § 33 (2) (a) (2), "115 CZK" is replaced by "130 CZK."
12. the following Part Nine is inserted after Part Eight:
The Parties agree to cooperate in the implementation of this Agreement.
The description of the implementation of the provision of social services includes a definition of:
(a) the circle of persons to whom the social service is addressed;
(b) the adverse social situation addressed by the social service;
(c) the arrangements for ensuring the operation of the various basic activities of the social service, which correspond to the range of persons to whom the service is intended;
(d) coordination of the provision of social and health care in the provision of social health services,
1. how to share the necessary information between social workers and social services workers with healthcare professionals in the framework of the social and health services provided; and
2. coordination of social and health care working practices in the care of the person provided by the social service and the role of individual posts in such work procedures;
(e) the material and technical conditions corresponding to the type and form of the social service provided, its capacity, the range of persons for whom it is intended and the extent of time; and
(f) other matters relevant to the provision of social services. "
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
