DECLARATION
of 17 December 2020
setting fees for providing and accessing Czech technical standards and other technical documents
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to Sections 6a (4), 6b (4) and 6d (3) of Act No. 22 / 1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain laws, as amended by Act No. 526 / 2020 Coll.:
(1) The amount of the fee for the provision of Czech technical standards and other technical documents is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
(2) The amount of the fee for access to the database for 6 and 12 consecutive calendar months is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
(3) The amount of the fee for sponsored access to Czech technical standards and other technical documents for 12 consecutive calendar months is set out in Annex 3 to this Decree.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
