imposing a collective agreement of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the collective agreement of the higher degree was imposed on him from 1.11.2002 to 30.11.2002:
Collective contract of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industry for 2003 - Special part (of 7 November 2002 for the period 1.1.2003 to 31.12.2003)
between
Trade union of workers of textile, clothing and leather industry Bohemia and Moravia
and
Association of textile - clothing - leather industry.
