DECLARATION
of 13 December 2006
amending Decree No 356 / 2002 of the Ministry of the Environment Coll., laying down the list of pollutants, general emission limits, the way in which reports and information are transmitted, the detection of the amount of discharges, the darkening of smoke, the permissible levels of bother with odour and the intensity of odours, the conditions of authorisation of persons, the requirements for keeping operational records of air pollution sources and the conditions for their application
According to § 55 (3) of Act No. 86 / 2002 Coll., on Air Protection and on the amendment of certain other laws (Act on Air Protection), as amended by Act No. 92 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 695 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 180 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 385 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 212 / 2006 Coll., to implement § 9 (10) of the Act:
In Article 17 (1) (a) of Decree No 356 / 2002 Coll., establishing the list of pollutants, the general emission limits, the means of transmission of messages and information, the detection of the amount of pollutants released, the darkening of smoke, the permissible levels of bother with odour and the intensity of odour, the conditions of authorisation of persons, the requirements for keeping operational records of air pollution sources and the conditions for their application, as amended by Decree No 363 / 2006 Coll., the word "fossil 'is replaced by the words" solid or liquid'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
