DECLARATION
of 17 December 2002
amending Decree No. 135 / 2001 Coll., on Territorial Planning Documentation and Territorial Planning Documentation
According to § 143 paragraph 1 (a) and (b) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 83 / 1998 Coll.:
Decree No. 135 / 2001 Coll., on zoning documentation and zoning documentation, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 8 (2) (c), the words "the Ministry of Regional Development 'and the words" the district authorities' shall be inserted after the words "the regional planning documentation '.
2. In Article 9 (1), the words "county" shall be inserted after the words "with the concerned."
3. In Paragraph 9 (1) (b), the word "flood 'is replaced by" flood'.
4. In Article 19 (1), the words "to the district authorities' are replaced by the words" to the municipal authorities with extended scope '.
5. In Article 19 (2), the words "and the competent district office 'shall be replaced by the words" the municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence';
6. In Annex 1, point I. (o), the word "flood" is replaced by the word "flood."
7. In Annex No 1, point II (o), the word "flood 'is replaced by" flood'.
8. In Annex No 1, point III (n), the word "flood 'is replaced by" flood'.
9. in Annex 2, point I.1.B. (e), the word "flood" shall be replaced by "flood."
10. In Annex 2, point I.2.B. (f), the word "flood" is replaced by "flood."
11. in Annex 2, point II.1.B. (e), the word "flood" is replaced by the word "flood."
12. in Annex 2, point II.2.B. (h), the word "flood" is replaced by "flood."
13. in Annex 2, point I.1.B. (f), the word "flood" is replaced by the word "flood."
14. in Annex No 2, point I.2.B. (f), the word "flood" shall be replaced by "flood."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2003.
