amending Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

If the declared international treaty, for which the Parliament of the Czech Republic has given its assent and which the Czech Republic is bound, or the law of the European Communities allows the Czech Republic to suspend, in whole or in part, the provisions of the European Communities relating to access to the labour market, the Government may, under the conditions laid down by this international Treaty or by the relevant European Communities regulation, provide for a regulation against which State and to what extent the Czech Republic shall make use of this option. The Government may, under the same conditions, lay down conditions for access to the labour market for members of the State concerned by the Regulation. ';
This Act shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
