amending and supplementing Decree No 136 / 1971 of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic on the establishment of trade unions of national committees
The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 61 paragraph 4 of Act No. 69 / 1967 Coll., on National Committees:
Decree of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic No. 136 / 1971 Coll., on the establishment of trade unions of national committees, is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 3 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Regional National Committee may, with the agreement of the Regional National Committee, set up a site for the construction and spatial planning department and the zoning department, instead of the local economy, trade and tourism department and trade and tourism department, and the place for the social and health department and health department. '
2. Article 4 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The Regional National Committee in Košice may, with the agreement of the Regional National Committee, set up, instead of the Local Economy, Trade and Tourism Department, the Local Economy Department, the Trade and Tourism Department, and the Social Affairs and Health Department, the Social Affairs and Health Department. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1974.
