In Decree No. 17 / 1966 Coll., in § 42 there was an error in the line, so § 42 is correct as follows:
Application and termination of the rights of the carrier
The applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Economic Code and international conventions shall apply to the exercise and termination of the rights of the carrier against passengers (orderlies of irregular transport) and transporters. '
