DECLARATION
Ministry of Internal Trade
of 20 June 1961
on the purchase of empty conservatory glasses
The Ministry of Internal Trade provides in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Central Union of Consumer Cooperatives pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
(1) In order to speed up the return of empty conservatory glassware selling compote, sterilised and pickled vegetables, Conservative prepared meals, meat and poultry conservatives, fish products, etc., these empty conservatory glassware has been purchased from each consumer since 1 July 1961 by the production companies from their customers and retail (organisations).
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 relate to IMRA (SKI) 1 / 2 (semi-litre), IMRA (SKI) 1 / 1 (litre) and cucumbers 1 / 1 (litre). These empty, clean and undamaged conservatory glasses are bought from consumers for a price of 0.50 CZK per piece.
(1) When purchasing conservatory glasses, suppliers and customers shall comply with the provisions on the purchase of empty bottles by analogy. *)
(2) On 30 June 1961, commercial undertakings (organisations) selling conservation products filled with glasses referred to in Article 1 (2) shall make an inventory of those empty glasses, mutatis mutandis, in accordance with the provisions of Order No 137 / 1954 of the Ú. l; they shall record their value in their accounting records in stock with a corresponding entry in the account "Re-evaluation of stocks." The summary of the inventory sheets shall be submitted by the companies (organisations) to the finance department of the District National Committee and the branch of the Czechoslovak State Bank by 10 July 1961. The differences resulting from the re-valuation of glasses shall be settled by the undertakings (organisations) according to a specific order.
(3) On 30 June 1961, public catering facilities shall be carried out mutatis mutandis in accordance with the provisions of Decree No 137 / 1954 of the Úl. Listing of empty and full glasses referred to in § 1 (2). Their value will be included in the stocks. Public catering undertakings shall account for the value of these glasses on the "Food and public catering goods' account, with a comparative entry in favour of the" Business reductions in public catering 'account. They shall proceed in the same way when charging for glasses supplied with goods after 30 June 1961.
This decree shall take effect on 30 June 1961.
