of 23 June 1953
on the competence of the Ministry of Interior in the field of planning and construction of municipalities and in the field of care for technical services of national committees.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 143 / 1949 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation of Public Administration and within the jurisdiction of its bodies:
The Ministry of the Interior is transferred from the State Office of Planning and from the Ministry of the Construction Industry to the implementation of Act No. 280 / 1949 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction of Municipality, and the regulations issued accordingly.
(1) The Ministry of the Interior is transferred from the Ministry of the Construction Industry to ensure that national committees are equipped with technical experts for the provision of technical services to them.
(a) in the field of ground construction;
(b) in the performance of construction supervision and maintenance;
(c) machinery and electrical equipment;
(d) in carrying out professional technical qualification tests.
(2) The Ministry of the Interior shall manage the activities of the national committees and their bodies in the fields referred to in paragraph 1; this shall be without prejudice to the competence of the central authorities responsible for the matters referred to in paragraph 1 as the bodies determining appeals against decisions of the national committees.
The detailed definition of the tasks of the Ministry of the Interior in connection with the transfer of competence under § § 1 and § 3 is the responsibility of the Minister of the Interior in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1953; They shall be carried out by the Minister of Interior, the Minister-President of the State Planning Office and the Minister of the Construction Industry.
