DECLARATION
of 12 December 2006
amending Decree No. 62 / 2001 of the Ministry of Finance Coll., on the Management of Organisational Components of the State and State Organisations with State Property
The Ministry of Finance provides for the Act No. 219 / 2000 Coll., on the assets of the Czech Republic and its presentation in legal relations, as amended by Act No. 229 / 2001 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 62 / 2001 Coll., on the Management of Organisational Components of the State and State Organisations with State Property, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 18 (1), "to 11 'is replaced by" to 10';
2. Paragraph 18 (9) is deleted.
Paragraphs 10 and 11 shall become paragraphs 9 and 10.
3. In Paragraph 19 (1), "10 'is replaced by" 9'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
