GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 20 October 2004
determining the amount of the additional salary for public service employees and the administration in the second half of 2004
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (c) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in some other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) A further salary under Section 11 of Government Decree No. 330 / 2003 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, shall be granted in the second half of 2004 at the rate of 25% of the amount to which employees would otherwise be entitled.
(2) The additional salary calculated in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be rounded up to the nearest hundred crowns.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
