GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 December 2006
amending Government Regulation No. 469 / 2002 Coll., laying down a catalogue of works and qualification assumptions and amending the Government Regulation on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in the budget and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll. and Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 469 / 2002 Coll., laying down a catalogue of works and qualifications and amending the Government Decree on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Decree No. 331 / 2003 Coll., Government Decree No. 398 / 2004 Coll., Government Decree No. 213 / 2005 Coll. and Government Decree No. 533 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "and the qualifications of the training for the performance of work in the various grades of the employer mentioned 'are replaced by the words" for the staff mentioned'.
(2) Paragraph 4, including footnotes 1, 2 and 3, shall be deleted.
3. In the Annex to the list of professions and ranges of grades in Part 2.21 Other works in the column Part, occupation is supplemented by occupation "2.21.27 Firefighter" and in the column "Class of salaries" the headings "5-10" are added to that profession.
4. In the Annex to the Classification of works (examples of works) in the professions and grades in Section 2.21 Other works are supplemented by the following:
"2.21.27 HASIC
5th Grade
1. The implementation of fire fighting and rescue operations in intervention by means of means of fire protection under the direction and without basic training under special regulations.
2. Ensuring connection to the firehouse during deployment of units and in the disposal of incidents.
6th grade
1. Execution of fire fighting and rescue work in intervention after basic training.
2. Service of technique in intervention using the expertise acquired in the machine service course.
7th Grade
1. Processing of documentation for the operational deployment of units in intervention including the acquisition and concentration of supporting documents (e.g. fire alarm plans and integrated rescue system alarm plans, fire fighting documentation, emergency plans).
2. Execution of fire fighting and rescue work in intervention using expertise acquired in specialist courses.
3. Service of special techniques in intervention, such as an anti-chemical car, using expertise obtained in specialization courses.
8th Grade
1. Implementation of the most complex firefighting and rescue work during special expertise intervention (e.g. diver, climber, pyrotechnician).
2. Performance of selected special service activities in intervention (e.g. in chemical service).
3. Implementation of professional, advisory and consulting activities in the field of state fire surveillance and fire prevention, protection of the population, integrated rescue system, crisis planning and preparation or civilian emergency planning, the conduct of sub-activities in these areas and the assessment of fire hazards in accordance with specific regulations.
9. grade
1. Comprehensive coordination of the cooperative, management of fire protection units' intervention in emergency management, processing of documentation on the intervention and activities of the cooperative, carrying out training and ensuring the continued ability of the cooperative.
2. Selection of material means for the intervention of fire protection units, determination of the procedure for their use, assessment of the situation at the site of intervention in terms of the operation of the fire protection unit's special services.
Grade 10
1. Comprehensive coordination of the military fire extinguisher unit (s) of a community volunteer fire department (s) whose members are in employment relations with the founder, the management of more extensive interventions by the military fire extinguisher unit (s) of the municipality volunteer firefighter unit (s) in the event of emergency management, including the organisation and provision of training and continued action by the military firefighter unit (s) of the municipality. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 2006.
