On 21 September 2004, the Constitutional Court decided in plenary of the President of JUDr. Paul Rychett and Judges JUDr. Stanislav Balík, JUDr. František Duchona, JUDr. Mír. Már. Güttler, JUDr. Pavel Holländer, JUDr. Ivana Jana, JUDr. Dagmar Lastovecká, JUDr. Jiří Muchy, JUDr. Jan Musil, JUDr. Miloslav Excellent, JUDr. Eliška Wagner and JUDr. Michaela Židlická on the proposal of the Minister of the Interior on the abolition of certain provisions of the generally binding Decree of the City of Cheb No. 582 / 1998 on Local Public Order, as amended by the Order of the City of Cheb. 3 / 2003,
as follows:
The provisions of Article 2 (1) and Article 3 (1), (2), (3) and (4) of the General Order of the City of Cheb No 582 / 1998 on the provision of local public order matters, as amended by the General Order of the City of Cheb No 3 / 2003, shall be deleted from the date of publication of this Decision in the Collection of Laws.
