DECLARATION
of 3 November 2004
amending Decree No. 351 / 2001 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Coll., determining the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to be delivered to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies, and the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to which the ballots will be sent for printing or reproduction by transmission technology, as amended
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides pursuant to § 92 paragraph 3 of Act No. 247 / 1995 Coll., on Elections to Parliament of the Czech Republic and on the amendment and addition of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 204 / 2000 Coll.:
Decree No 351 / 2001 Coll., determining the representative offices of the Czech Republic abroad to be delivered to Parliament's Chamber of Deputies, and the representative offices of the Czech Republic to be sent for printing or reproduction by transmission technology, as amended by Decree No. 100 / 2002 Coll., Decree No. 143 / 2003 Coll. and Decree No. 196 / 2004 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Annex No 1 is amended as follows:
- in the title of the Annex, the words "pvv = embassy branch" shall be deleted from the text in brackets,
- under "pvv Bonn" the abbreviation "pvv" is replaced by "gk,"
- under the heading "vv Rabat" the word "Mauritanian" is replaced by the word "Mauritanian,"
- under 'gk Sydney', the word 'Solomon' is replaced by 'Solomon'.
2. Annex No 2 is amended as follows:
- under the heading "vv Abidjan" the words "Niger Republic" shall be added,
- under the heading "vv Abuja" the words "Niger Republic" shall be deleted,
- under the heading "vv Beijing" the words "People's Democratic Republic of Korea" shall be deleted,
- the following entry "vv Beijing" is inserted after the entry "vv Pyongyang" with the definition of the territorial district of the special constituency, which reads: "Korean People's Democratic Republic,"
- under the heading "gk Shanghai" the word "Če-Tiang" is replaced by the word "Čejiang" and the word "An-Chuei" is replaced by "An- chuei."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
