DECLARATION
of 10 December 2025
laying down fields of specialisation training in which there are insufficient healthcare professionals to be trainers
According to Section 37 (1) (u) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 189 / 2008 Coll., Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll. and Act No. 236 / 2025 Coll., (hereinafter "the Act ') for the implementation of Section 20 (4) of the Act:
The fields of specialist training of doctors, dentists and pharmacists where there are not enough healthcare professionals who can be trainers are
(a) allergology and clinical immunology;
(b) paediatric and adult psychiatry,
(c) pediatric surgery;
(d) paediatric neurology;
e) Endocrine and Diabetology,
(f) geriatrics,
(g) hygiene and epidemiology;
(h) clinical pharmacy;
(i) clinical oncology,
(j) maximo-facial surgery;
(k) pneumology and ftizeology; and
(l) psychiatry.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
