Resolution No 564 / 2020 Coll.

Government with effect from 18 December 2020 at 00: 00.

I. amends the Government Resolution of 14 December 2020 No 1332, published under No. 533 / 2020 Coll., so that

1. in point I / 2 (d):

"(d) congresses, educational events and examinations in presentation form, except for practical teaching and practice under Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognition of professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of a physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended, and with the exception of the activities of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the acquisition and recognition of competence for the exercise of non-medical medical professions and on the exercise of activities related to the provision of medical care and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Medical Matters), as amended, and on the training of members of the fire protection and fire protection units of persons of the Czech Republic of the Republic, and other education (Act No. 111 / 1998 Sb), on the Act on the Act on the Act on the Act on the Law on the Law on the Law on Medical Matters, as amended, and with the Act No. 2000 on the Law No. 247 on the acquisition and on the acquisition of the Act No. 247 on motor. the presence of more than 10 persons shall be prohibited at one time and, if the test is public, more than 3 persons from the public, ';

2. in point I / 5 (e), "I / 2" is replaced by "I / 1";

II. Modifies the Government Resolution of 14 December 2020 No 1334, published under No 535 / 2020 Coll., so that points II / 3 and II / 4 are as follows:

'3. travel for the purchase of goods and services or the provision of services,

4. travel for the purpose of securing goods and services referred to in point 3 for another person (e.g. volunteering, neighbourhood assistance), '.
