DECLARATION
of 29 October 2004
amending Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 433 / 2004 Coll.
According to § 25 (c) of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll.:
Decree No. 323 / 2001 Coll., implementing certain provisions of Act No. 238 / 2000 Coll., on the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and amending certain laws, as amended by Decree No. 433 / 2004 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. paragraphs 1 to 3 shall be deleted, including the headings and footnotes 1 and 2;
2. Paragraph 10, including the title, reads:
External designation of members of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic
(1) A member of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "the Member") is designated:
(a) working uniform Even on the left sleeve of a jacket of a large State emblem of the Czech Republic, on the right sleeve of a responsibility to the General Directorate of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic or to the Fire Rescue Corps of the Region (hereinafter referred to as the "organizational section ') and the sleeve of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the" sleeve emblem'), the models of which are listed in Annex 3, on the right front of the jacket with an identification number, the model of which is given in Annex 4, on the hat in the case of men and hat in the women with a large national emblem of the Czech Republic,
(b) on the working uniform II on the left sleeve of the blouse of the organizational part and sleeve, on the back of the blouse with the reflective inscription "HASIČI" and on the right front of the blouse with the identification number badge,
(c) at the ceremonial uniform on the left sleeve of the jacket with a large national emblem of the Czech Republic, on the right sleeve with the competence of the organizational part and the sleeve and on the hat with men and hat in women with a large state emblem of the Czech Republic; or
d) on the social uniform on the left sleeve of the jacket a large state emblem of the Czech Republic, under the inscription "HZS ČR" and under this inscription placed the value mark.
(2) The badge with the identification number is metal, embossed and silver colour with patina. On the lower part is displayed the sign of the Fire Department of the Czech Republic and in the upper part there is an identification number.
(3) The designation of belonging to the organisational part referred to in paragraph 1 (a) to (c) and the badge bearing the identification number referred to in paragraph 1 (a) and (b) shall not apply to service uniforms of the Director-General of the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic. ';
3. In Paragraph 11 (2), "4 'is replaced by" 5'.
4. Annex No 1 is deleted.
5. Annex 2 shall read as follows:

Models of service uniforms
1. The following equipment components shall be specified for each basic model of service uniforms:

Annex 4 to date shall be renumbered Annex 5.
Transitional provision
Staff uniforms made up in accordance with existing legislation may be used until 31 December 2008.
Efficacy
This Decree takes effect on 1 January 2005, except for points 1 and 4, which take effect on the date of the entry into force of Act No. 362 / 2003 Coll., on the amendment of the laws relating to the adoption of the Law on the Service Ratio of Members of the Security Corps.
