GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 December 2002
amending Government Regulation No 257 / 2002 Coll., on determining the categories of municipalities serving professional soldiers and the coefficients for calculating the housing allowance
The Government mandates pursuant to § 61 (9) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Government Decree No 257 / 2002 Coll., on determining the categories of municipalities serving professional soldiers and coefficients for calculating the housing allowance, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (c), the words "a municipality with between 5 000 and 50 000 inhabitants' are replaced by the words" a municipality of up to 50 000 inhabitants' and the comma at the end of the letter is replaced by a dot.
2. in Article 1, point (d) shall be deleted;
3. in Article 2 (a), "1,7" is replaced by "1,56."
4. In Paragraph 2 (b), "1,6 'is replaced by" 1,48'.
5. In Paragraph 2 (c), "1,5 'is replaced by" 1,40' and the line at the end of the point is replaced by a dot.
6. In Article 2, point (d) is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
