GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2020
amending Government Regulation No 75 / 2005 Coll., establishing the scope of direct teaching, direct education, direct teaching and direct teaching and psychological activities of teaching staff, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 23 (5) of Act No. 563 / 2004 Coll., on pedagogic workers and on the amendment of certain laws:
In Article 2 of Decree No 75 / 2005 Coll., establishing the scope of direct teaching, direct education, direct teaching and direct pedagogical and psychological activities of teaching staff, as amended by Decree No 273 / 2009 Coll., the following paragraph 6 is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(6) The weekly scope of direct pedagogical activity set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall be increased by 1 hour, provided that the pedagogical staff provides pedagogical intervention as a support measure. The first sentence shall not apply to a pedagogical worker with a contract shorter than the fixed weekly working hours and to a pedagogical worker for whom the weekly extent of direct pedagogical activity is set out in the range. ';
Paragraphs 6 to 8 shall be renumbered paragraphs 7 to 9.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 2021.
