GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 16 December 2002
on the establishment of a body of state administration in which professional soldiers perform their defence tasks and the number of professional soldiers therein
The Government mandates pursuant to § 6 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
In the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, two soldiers from the profession perform defence tasks.
Government Decree No. 258 / 1999 Coll., on the authorities of state administration in which professional soldiers perform their duties of defence and the number of soldiers in them, is hereby repealed.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2003.
