According to § 123 (2) of the Labour Code and § 26 (2) (b) of Act No. 61 / 1952 Coll., on Maritime Navigation, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade and the Union of Workers, Water Transport, Decree of 16 November 1990 No 18 850 / 1990- 0 320, amending the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications of 27 April 1989 No 19 404 / 1988- 0 320 on the remuneration of crews of Czechoslovak seagoing ships, as amended by the Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport of 23 March 1990 No 7071 / 19900 320 on its adaptation.
The proceeds take effect on the day of publication in the Collection of Laws.
The proceeds can be consulted at the Federal Ministry of Transport and will be published in the Transport Bulletin.
