DECLARATION
of 15 December 2020
laying down the activities to be carried out by a physician without professional supervision after obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic strain of pathological
According to § 37 (1) (k) for the implementation of § 4 (4) (a) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the pursuit of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
After obtaining a certificate of completion of the basic pathological strain without professional supervision, the doctor may:
(a) perform a pathological-anatomical autopsy and follow-up
1. collect material for histological, cytological and bacterial examination;
2. perform microscopic diagnostics of necropsy,
3. conclude autopsy protocols, including definitive diagnosis and description of histological preparations,
(b) lace the biopic material,
(c) perform cytological screening except for the closure of suspected and abnormal findings.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
