GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 February 2020
amending Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., laying down the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 150 (1) of Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on Electronic Communications), as amended by Act No. 261 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll., Act No. 468 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 252 / 2017 Coll., to implement § 24 (5) of the Act on Electronic Communications, as amended by Act No. 304 / 2007 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 154 / 2005 Coll., on determining the amount and method of calculation of fees for the use of radio frequencies and numbers, as amended by Government Regulation No. 288 / 2007 Coll., Government Regulation No. 162 / 2008 Coll., Government Regulation No. 228 / 2009 Coll., Government Regulation No. 156 / 2011 Coll., Government Regulation No. 175 / 2012 Coll., Government Regulation No. 284 / 2015 Coll., Government Regulation No. 43 / 2017 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 138 / 2018 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (3), "10% 'is replaced by" 1%'.
2. In the Annex, in entries 1 of Part A.1. and A.2. of point A.2.1, "K16 = 0,2 for f > = 2,2 GHz 'is replaced by" K16 = 0,2 for f > = 2,2 GHz';

| K16 = 0,02 | pro f >= 24 GHz“. |
3. In the Annex to point A.2. of Part A.2.2, the text "Ca = S2 x K1 x K2 x K3 'is replaced by" Ca = S2 x K1 x K2 x K3 x K16'.
4. In the Annex to point A.2. (A 2.2), the following is inserted after the words "K3 = 2 above 10 W of the permitted maximum effective radiated power ':
"K16 Frequency band coefficient
| K16 = 1 | pro f < 1 GHz |
| K16 = 0,7 | pro 1 GHz <= f < 2,2 GHz |
| K16 = 0,2 | pro 2,2 GHz <= f < 24 GHz |
| K16 = 0,02 | pro f >= 24 GHz“. |
5. In the Annex to point A.2. of Part A.2.2, the text "Cb = S2 x K1 x K4 'is replaced by" Cb = S2 x K1 x K4 x K16'.
6. In the Annex, in entry 1 of Part A.2., the following is added at the end of point A 2.2:
"K16 Frequency band coefficient
| K16 = 1 | pro f < 1 GHz |
| K16 = 0,7 | pro 1 GHz <= f < 2,2 GHz |
| K16 = 0,2 | pro 2,2 GHz <= f < 24 GHz |

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 2020.
