The Constitutional Court decided under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 30 / 18 on 8 January 2019 in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Paul Rychetský and the Judges Louis David, Jaroslav Fenyk, Josef Fiale, Jan Filip, Jaromír Jirsy, Tomáš Líčovník (Judge Rapporteur), Jan Musil, Vladimir Sládeček, Radovan Suchanek, Vojtěch Šimíček, Milady Tomková, David Uhlír and Jiří Zemánek on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior, nad Štolou 3, Praha 7, the delivery address: the Herdines Square 3, Prague 4, on the abolition of Article 2 (a) and Article 3 (1) of the Ordinance of the City of Postoloprty No 1 / 2011, on the security of the Local Government of the City of the City of Postopostopolnost.
as follows:
Article 2 (a) and Article 3 (1) of the generally binding Postoloprty Decree No 1 / 2011, on the security of local public order matters and the aesthetic appearance of the city, as amended by the generally binding Decree No 4 / 2013 amending the generally binding Decree No 1 / 2011, on the security of local public order matters and the aesthetic appearance of the city, shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
