DECLARATION
of 8 February 2012
on the allowance for the provision of the child and his guide in a children's home for children under 3 years of age
The Ministry of Health provides, pursuant to § 120, for the implementation of § 44 paragraph 4 of Act No. 372 / 2011 Coll., on health services and the conditions for their provision (Health Services Act):
The amount of the allowance to cover the provision of a child placed in a children's home for children under the age of 3 (hereinafter referred to as "children's home ') and his guide for the day of residence shall be:
(a) child
1. until 1 year of age 45 CZK,
2. from 1 year to 3 years of age 50 CZK,
3. from 3 years of age 55 CZK,
b) guide of child 150 CZK.
(1) The allowance shall be paid for a calendar month according to the number of days of residence of the child and his guide to the children's home. The day of release from the foster home does not count.
(2) The allowance for the calendar month shall be paid by the person liable for maintenance within 8 days of the end of the calendar month in which the child or guide was resident in the children's home. If release from a child's home is made during a calendar month, the allowance shall be paid by that person within 8 days of release.
The allowance provided for in Article 2 shall be paid by the person liable for maintenance to the account of the health service provider providing the health services and the provision in the children's home, unless he agrees otherwise with the provider on the method of payment.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2012.
