DECLARATION
of 23 February 2010
amending Decree No. 76 / 2005 Coll., laying down the method for calculating the difference between the income of pension insurance and the expenditure on pension insurance benefits
The Ministry of Finance provides pursuant to Article 36 (3) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 482 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 127 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 361 / 2005 Coll. and Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
In Article 4 (2) of Decree No 76 / 2005 Coll., establishing the method of calculating the difference between the income of pension insurance premiums and the expenditure on pension benefits, "coefficient 0,8642 'is replaced by" coefficient 0,9241 for the calculation for 2009 and 2010 and coefficient 0,9524 for the calculation for 2011 and subsequent years'.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
