DECLARATION
Czech Mining Office
of 27 April 1982
determining the circumference of the district mining authorities
According to § 1 paragraph 2 and § 2 paragraph 2 (a) of the Czech National Council Act No. 24 / 1972 Coll., on the organisation and extension of supervision of the State Mining Administration:
§ 1
The tasks of the State Mining Administration other than those referred to in § 2 shall be performed by:
(a) Regional Mining Office in Kladno
1. on the territory of the capital city of Prague,
2. in the county of Central Bohemia except the county of Příbram,
(b) Regional Mining Office in Pilsen
1. in the region of South Bohemia,
2. in the districts of Domažlice, Klatovy, Plzeň-south, Plzeň-town, Plzeň-north, Rokycany and Tachov from the region of West Bohemia,
c) District Mining Office in Sokolov
in the counties of Cheb, Karlovy Vary and Sokolov from the region of West Bohemia,
(d) District Mining Office in Most
in the counties of Děčín, Chomutov, Litoměřice, Louny, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem from the region of North Bohemia,
e) District Mining Office in Trutnov
in the region of East Bohemia,
f) District Mining Office in Brno
1. in the county of South Moravian,
2. in the counties of Bruntál, Olomouc, Přerov and Šumperk of the region of North Moravian,
g) District Mining Office in Ostrava
in the counties of Frýdek-Místek, Karviná, Nové Jičín, Opava, Ostrava town and Vsetín from the region of North Moravian,
h) District Mining Office in Pribrami
in the Kreis Příbram
(i) District Mining Office in Liberec
in the counties of Česká Lípa, Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec from the region of North Bohemia.
§ 2
(1) By fulfilling the tasks of the State Mining Administration for the work carried out under the Mining Act (1), organisations which seek, examine or conquer the deposits of radioactive raw materials and, where appropriate, in the context of the conquest of the acquired minerals shall be entrusted with:
a) District Mining Office in Pribrami for
1. the territory of the capital city of Prague,
2. counties Benesov, Beroun, Kladno, Praha- east, Praha- west, Pribram and Rakovnik from the region of Central Bohemia,
3. the region of South Bohemia and the region of West Bohemia,
4. the counties of Chomutov, Litoměřice, Louny, Most, Teplice and Ústí nad Labem from the region of North Bohemia,
b) District Mining Office in Liberec for
1. the counties of Kolín, Kutná Hora, Mělík, Mladá Bóslav and Nymburk from the region of Central Bohemia,
2. the counties of Česká Lípa, Decín, Jablonec nad Nisou and Liberec from the region of North Bohemia,
3. the region of East Bohemia, the region of South Moravian Region and the region of North Moravian Region.
(2) The Regional Mining Office in Příbrami is hereby entrusted with carrying out the tasks of the State Mining Administration in monitoring compliance with the obligations arising from the legislation governing the manufacture of explosives.
§ 3

1st Order of the Czech Mining Office No. 25 / 1972 Coll., determining the circumference of the district mining authorities;
2. Decree of the President of the Central Mining Office No 103 / 1961 Coll., which is transferred to Trutnova by the District Mining Office in Pardubice;
3. the Order of the President of the Central Mining Office No. 118 / 1962 Coll., which transmits the seat of the District Mining Office in Lokti to Sokolov;
4. § 1 of Decree No. 259 / 1957 of the President of the Central Mining Office of the Czech Republic declaring the status of State Mining Administration.
§ 4
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1982.
