Federal Ministry of Finance
of 21 April 1980
on the issue of commemorative silver hundred crowns on the occasion of the Czechoslovak spartakiad 1980
The Federal Ministry of Finance declares pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 41 / 1953 Coll., on monetary reform, and pursuant to § 2 (2) of Government Decree No. 35 / 1954 Coll., on commemorative coins:
1. On the occasion of the Czechoslovak spartakiad in 1980, commemorative silver hundred crowns are issued.
2. The silver stockings are driven by an alloy of 500 pieces of silver, 400 parts of copper, 50 parts of nickel and 50 parts of zinc. The weight of the hundred koruna is 9 g. In the case of stamping, a tolerance up and down of 10 / 1000 and a silver content of 5 / 1000 is permitted. The diameter is 29 mm, the edge is smooth.
1. On the face of the commemorative silver stokron is the state emblem of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. On the sides of the national character, the value designation on the left is the number "100," on the right is the abbreviation "Kčs." Under the national emblem, the name of the State is "CZECH SOCIALISTIC REPUBLIC 'in three rows.
2. On the back of the commemorative silver stockron is in the middle of a crowd of exercises with armed hands on the inside and a worn left foot in the indication of movement. In the copy from the left in the unclosed circle there is the text "CZECHOSLOVAK SPARTAKIAD." The number "1980" is in the line in the upper left quarter of the Hundred Crown. The author of the coin design is the academic sculptor Ladislav Kozák, whose brand "LK" is placed under the tip of the left foot of the first trainee.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
