DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic
of 25 May 1978
on the concentration of certain activities of district courts and state notaries in the capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava
The Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 33 (4) of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges, as amended, and under § 4 (a) of the Slovak National Council Act No. 30 / 1970 Coll., on the residences and districts of the District and Regional Courts of the Slovak Socialist Republic, as amended, as amended, and in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Transport pursuant to § 5 (2) and § 101 (3) of Act No. 95 / 1963 Coll., on the State notaries and proceedings before the State notaries (notaries):
The capital of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava will be dealt with by the District Court of Bratislava 1.
The request addressed to the district courts in Bratislava is handled by the District Court of Bratislava 2. The request addressed to the state notaries in Bratislava is handled by the State notaries Bratislava 2.
The Management of Land Books for the Territorial District of the Slovak Socialist Republic of Bratislava and for the Territorial District of the State Notary of Bratislava-rural areas and the Administration of Railway Books for the Territorial Circuits of the State Notary in the Slovak Socialist Republic leads the State Notary Bratislava 1.
In the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No 96 / 1963 Coll., implementing certain organisational measures in the field of state notaries, § 1 of paragraph 1 of the provision under (d), § 1 of paragraph 2 of the provision under (c) and § 3 of the provision under (b) are deleted.
This decree shall take effect on 1 July 1978.
