DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 4 May 1976
determining the jurisdiction of the District Courts in Prague in transport criminal matters
The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides, pursuant to § 33 paragraph 4 of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and on the election of judges, as published under No. 19 / 1970 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) Criminal cases from the districts of the District Courts in Prague against offenders of offences committed by infringement of the regulations of road, rail, air, navigation and underground traffic, including the offence of drunkenness pursuant to § 201 of Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll. are dealt with by the District Court for Prague 2.
(2) The local jurisdiction of the present regulations is governed by the rules in matters which have occurred to the district courts in Prague before the entry into force of this decree.
§ 2
Decree of the Minister of Justice No 18 / 1966 Coll., which provides for the jurisdiction of courts in transport criminal matters in the district of the capital of Prague, is hereby repealed.
§ 3
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 1976.
