THE LAW
of 11 June 1975
amending Act No. 93 / 1951 Coll., on a public holiday, on working days and on memorable and important days
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Čl. I
The Act No. 93 / 1951 Coll., on the National Festival, on working days and on memorable and important days, as amended by Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 2 (1) and (2) reads as follows:
"(1) May 9th is a day of work.
(2) Other working days next to Sundays are:
(a) 1 January (New Year),
(b) Monday Easter,
(c) 1 May (Labour Day),
(d) 25 December (first Christmas Day),
(e) December 26 (Christmas Day 2). ';
paragraph 4 is deleted and paragraph 5 becomes paragraph 4.
2.
„§ 3
The important days of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic are:
(a) 25 February;
(b) 29 August;
(c) 28 October,
(d) November 7th. "
Čl. II
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
