DECLARATION
Director General of the Czechoslovak State Bank
of 8 July 1966
on the adjustment of time limits for the execution of transactions by monetary institutions in the payment and settlement sectors of organisations' accounts
The Director General of the Czechoslovak State Bank provides for the Act No. 117 / 1965 Coll., on the Czechoslovak State Bank and pursuant to § 391 (2) of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll.:
Free Saturdays in which, in the context of the shortening of working time in the branches of the Czechoslovak State Bank from 1 August 1966, there has been no work, *) are not included in the deadlines set for the operations of the Czechoslovak State Bank concerning payment and settlement on the accounts of organisations. * *)
This decree shall also apply to acts of other monetary institutions carried out under the rules governing payment and settlement on the accounts of organisations where free Saturdays are introduced in the organisational departments of such monetary institutions within the meaning of Article 1 of this Decree.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1966.

*) Free Saturdays in Czechoslovak State Bank branches are Saturdays in even weeks of 1966 and similarly Saturdays following every fortnight in the following years.
