Government Regulation
of 23 June 1953
on the deployment of other school graduates and the conditions for employment of certain students and school pupils.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic, with the agreement of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 42 (1) of Act No. 241 / 1948 Coll., on the first five-year Economic Plan for the Development of the Czechoslovak Republic (Act on the Five-Year Plan):
(1) The provisions of Government Decree No. 20 / 1952 Coll., on the placement of graduates of universities and of selection vocational schools also apply to graduates of university, educational, higher and educational schools.
(2) The provisions of Government Decree No. 20 / 1952 Coll., on the placement of graduates of universities and selection of vocational schools do not apply to graduates of medical, social, artistic, religious and military schools.
(1) In agreement with the central authorities involved and the single trade union organisation, the central authorities of which the competent schools belong shall issue detailed provisions for the implementation of this Regulation.
(2) The Ministers of Higher Education, Education and Education, Agriculture and Forestry and the Wood Industry are hereby authorised to determine that in certain schools within their field of competence, the provisions of this Regulation apply only to graduates, to students (pupils) of later school years, after their departments or branches.
Paragraph 5 of Decree-Law No 20 / 1952 Coll. is deleted.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; They shall be implemented by the Ministers of Higher Education, Education and Education, Agriculture and Forestry and the Wood Industry in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
