The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, was deposited with it between 1.11.2006 and 30.11.2006:
Collective contract of a higher degree (of 5.1.2006 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2006) concluded between
Czech Moravian Union of Agricultural Entrepreneurs
and
Trade union of agricultural and nutrition workers - Association of Free Unions of the Czech Republic.
