According to Section 40 (5) (d) of Act No. 541 / 2020 Coll., on Waste:
Decree No. 273 / 2021 Coll., on Details of Waste Management, as amended by Decree No. 78 / 2022 Coll., Decree No. 445 / 2022 Coll. and Decree No. 18 / 2025 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Paragraph 79 (6), "2025 'is replaced by" 2027'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
