DECLARATION
of 15 December 2020
laying down the activities which a doctor may carry out without professional supervision after obtaining a certificate of completion of the urological baseline
According to § 37 (1) (k) for the implementation of § 4 (4) (a) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the pursuit of the medical profession of physician, dental practitioner and pharmacist, as amended by Act No. 67 / 2017 Coll.:
After obtaining a certificate of completion of the urological base strain without professional supervision, the doctor may:
(a) indicate and interpret basic imaging methods and laboratory tests;
(b) indicate medicinal products and medical devices except radiopharmaceuticals and cytostatics;
(c) perform ultrasound examination of the kidneys, bladder and external genital including transrectal ultrasonography and colour Doppler examination,
d) calibrate the urethra;
(e) perform uretrocystography;
(f) perform ascendant ureterography;
(g) carry out an eretrocystoscopy,
h) Suction of bladder tamponade,
i) introduce ureteral stent,
(j) perform a clamp biopsy and coagulation of the bladder,
(k) perform prostate biopsy;
(l) conduct non-invasive and invasive urodynamic examinations;
(m) perform a puncture epicystostomy,
(n) carry out a phrenululoma,
(o) perform a meathomia;
(p) release parafimosis;
q) liberate foreskin,
(r) carry out an incision of the abscess of the skroot,
(s) carry out a circus;
(t) operate on a hydrocele;
(u) perform extracorporal lithotripsy.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
