amending Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the use and operation of the data box information system
The Digital and Information Agency provides pursuant to § 20 (3) of Act No. 300 / 2008 Coll., on Electronic Acts and Authorised Conversion of Documents, as amended by Act No. 190 / 2009 Coll., Act No. 263 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 471 / 2022 Coll.:
Decree No. 194 / 2009 Coll., on determining the details of the use and operation of the data box information system, as amended by Decree No. 422 / 2010 Coll., Decree No. 322 / 2015 Coll., Decree No. 435 / 2016 Coll., Decree No. 216 / 2018 Coll. and Decree No. 318 / 2023 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Annex 3, point 2 (c), "a 'is replaced by a comma.
2. In Annex 3, point 2 (d), at the end of the dot, "a 'is replaced by" a'.
3. In Annex 3, point 2, the following point (e) is added:
"(e) dd (Digital Data Distiller)."
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
