GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 30 November 2006

fixing the scale of basic charges for members of the Security Corps for the year 2007

The Government hereby orders pursuant to Article 115a of Act No. 361 / 2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the Security Corps, as amended by Act No. 530 / 2005 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':

§ 1

The scale of the basic charges for members of the Security Corps for 2007 is set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation.

§ 2

The scale of basic tariffs for members of the Security Corps for 2007 plus 10% pursuant to Section 114 (2) of the Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2007.
