On 10 December 2002, the Constitutional Court decided, in plenary, on a proposal from the Regional Office in Ždár nad Sázavou to abolish the generally binding Decree of the Municipality of Vír of 6.12.2001 No 04 / 2001 (note: the Order states by mistake No 04 / 20001) on the local fee for the operation of the collection, collection, transport, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste as follows:
I. Article 4 of the Ordinary Ordinance of the Municipality of Vír of 6 December 2001 No 04 / 2001 on the local charge for the operation of the collection, collection, transport, sorting, recovery and disposal of municipal waste shall be deleted from the date of publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
II. The remainder is rejected.
