DECLARATION
of 15 December 2025
amending Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are public authorities contact points, as amended
The Digital and Information Agency provides pursuant to § 12 (1) (i) of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 261 / 2021 Coll. and Act No. 471 / 2022 Coll.:
Decree No 553 / 2020 Coll., on the list of municipal authorities and offices of urban areas or urban districts which are the contact points of public administration, as amended by Decree No 503 / 2021 Coll., Decree No 410 / 2022 Coll., Decree No 343 / 2023 Coll. and Decree No 363 / 2024 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the Annex, the word "Budeč 'is inserted after the word" Báňovice'.
2. In the Annex, the word "meadow 'is inserted after the word" Olešnice'.
3. In the Annex, the words "Great Třebešov," shall be deleted.
4. In the Annex, the words "Big Třebešov 'shall be inserted after the words" The Word'.
5. The following Annex is inserted:
"Administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Orlová
the municipality of Doubrava '.
6. In the Annex, the word ", Schleschen 'shall be inserted after the word" Slavošov'.
7. In the Annex, the word "Nestrovice, Cičov 'is replaced by" Nestrovice, Cičov'.
8. In the Annex, the words "New Ves u Lesky 'shall be inserted after the words" Modlikov'.
9. In the Annex, the word "Prakšice 'shall be inserted after the word" Pitín'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2026.
