GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 14 December 2020
amending Government Regulation No. 318 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in the protection of the population and preventing the spread of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 in the period until 31 December 2020
The Government orders pursuant to § 14 (3) and § 15 of Act No. 219 / 1999 Coll., on the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic, as amended:
Čl. I
Government Decree No. 318 / 2020 Coll., on the use of the Army of the Czech Republic for rescue work in the protection of the population and prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus SARS CoV-2 in the period until 31 December 2020 is amended as follows:
1. In the title of the Government Regulation, the words "until 31 December 2020 'are deleted.
2. in Article 3 (2), "31 December 2020 'is replaced by" 30 June 2021';

Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 December 2020.
