amending and supplementing the Order of the Czech Office for Safety of Labour and the Czech Mining Office No. 20 / 1979 Coll., determining reserved electrical equipment and laying down certain conditions to ensure their safety
The Czech Labour Safety Authority pursuant to § 5 (1) (d) and (f) of Act No. 174 / 1968 Coll., on State Professional Safety Supervision, in agreement with the relevant Central Authorities and the Czech Mining Authority pursuant to § 6 (6) (a) of the Czech National Council Act No. 61 / 1988 Coll., on Mining Activities, Explosives and State Mining Administration, provides:
The Order of the Czech Labour Safety Authority and the Czech Mining Authority No. 20 / 1979 Coll., which determines reserved electrical equipment and lays down certain conditions for their safety, is amended and supplemented as follows:
Article 1 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The decree shall be binding on organisations covered by the competence of the national professional safety oversight bodies (1) for organisations carrying out activities subject to the top supervision of the authorities of the State Mining Administration (2) and for legal and natural persons carrying out business activities under the Specific Regulations (6) (hereinafter referred to as" organisations'). '
2. in Article 3 (1) (a), the word "revision" shall be inserted after the word "implement."
3. In Article 3 (2), the words "permanent residence, if any," shall be inserted after the words "registered office," and the words "evidenced by the opinion of its superior authority."
4. in Article 3 (2), point (c) shall be deleted; Points (d) and (e) shall be renumbered (c) and (d).
5. In Paragraph 4 (6), the words "qualified personnel 'are replaced by the words" review technicians'.
6. In Paragraph 4 (4), the following sentence is added at the end:
(a) A - objects without risk of explosion,
(b) B - Explosive objects,
(c) C - objects subject to the supervision of the authorities of the State Mining Administration. '
7. In Article 4, after paragraph 6, the following paragraphs 7 and 8 are added:
"(7) The installation referred to in paragraph 2 (b) (2) and (3) may be submitted by the assembly organisation to the customer only with the agreement of the supervisory authority.
(8) In the case of imported equipment, the customer organisation shall ensure compliance with the obligations referred to in paragraph 2. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
