The Energy Regulatory Authority, in accordance with Article 10 (2) of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that pursuant to Article 2c of Act No. 265 / 1991 Coll., on the competence of the Czech authorities in the field of prices, as amended by the Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, and in accordance with Sections 17 (6) (d) and 17 (11) and (12) of Act No. 458 / 2000 Coll., on the Terms of Business and the Performance of State Administration in the Energy Sector of 27 November 2020, on the Prices of Gas-Related Prices (Energy Act No. 165 / 2012 Coll.), on the Subscripts of 27 November 2020, on the Subscripts of the Related Services of Energy and Other Regulations, and the Price Decision No. 10 / 2020 on the Prices of 27 November 2020, on the Corpooling of Electricity, on the Electricity, on the Prices of Certain Products of the Energy, and on the Commercial Products, as amended.

In accordance with Article 17 (9) of the Energy Law, the Energy Regulatory Authority published price decision No 8 / 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 7, price decision No 9 / 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 30 November 2020 in the Energy Regulatory Journal of 9. The price decisions became valid on that date of publication. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
