COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 9 December 2005
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, the following collective agreements of higher degree were deposited with it between 1.11.2005 and 30.11.2005:
1. Collective contract of a higher degree (dated 11 October 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008) concluded between
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto repair Czech and Moravia - Section of public transport + VSD
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of public transport.
2. Collective contract of a higher degree (of 16 November 2005 for the period 1 January 2006 to 31 December 2008) concluded between
Transport union
and
The Transport Union of the Czech Republic - Section of road transport.
