on the declaration of the level of the salary base for determining the salary of prosecutors pursuant to Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other formalities of prosecutors, as amended
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs declares, pursuant to Article 3 (3) of Act No. 201 / 1997 Coll., on the salary and certain other formalities of the prosecutors, as amended by Act No. 309 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 425 / 2010 Coll., Act No. 347 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 277 / 2019 Coll. and Act No. 18 / 2022 Coll., for the year 2026, a salary base of CZK 123 927,30).
