DECLARATION
of 25 October 2004
amending Decree No. 196 / 2000 of the Ministry of Transport and Communications Coll., laying down the characteristics, parameters and quality indicators of the services provided in universal service to the holder of a telecommunications licence
According to § 109 (2) of Act No 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws (hereinafter "the Act '), the Ministry of Informatics provides for the implementation of § 29 (3) of the Act:
Čl. I
Decree No. 196 / 2000 Coll., establishing the characteristics, parameters and quality indicators of the services provided in the universal service to the holder of a telecommunications licence, is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, the words "fixed parameter for 2003 - 4 'are replaced by the words" fixed parameter for 2003 - 5'.
2. In Annex 2, "fixed parameter for 2003 - 4 'is replaced by" fixed parameter for 2003 - 5'.
Čl. II
This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall be repealed on the date of entry into force of the Electronic Communications Act and on the amendment of certain related acts (Electronic Communications Act).
