DECLARATION
of 26 March 2014
on the determination of the protection zone I. degree of natural mineral water source taken by the BJ23 - Elishina spring in the cadastral territory of Poděbrada
According to § 46 (3) (b) of Act No. 164 / 2001 Coll., on Natural Medical Resources, Natural Mineral Water Resources, Natural Spa and Spa Areas and on the amendment of certain related laws (Spa Act):
Determination of the protection zone
(K § 21 and 22 of the spa law)
(1) In order to protect the natural medical source of mineral water taken by the BJ23 - Elishina spring (hereinafter referred to as "the source"), located on land parcel No 1888 / 5 of the cadastral territory of Poděbrada, a Level I protection zone is established, which is also a zone of physical protection of the source.
(2) Level I protection zone is the immediate vicinity of the source output and is defined by land parcel No 1888 / 5 of the cadastral territory of Poděbrada.
(3) The definition of the protection zone I is graphically marked in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1 000, which is annexed to the Order No 1, and in a copy of the Basic Map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000, which is annexed to the Order No 2. The definition of the 1st degree protection zone in a copy of the cadastral map in the scale 1: 1 000 and the Basic map of the Czech Republic in the scale 1: 10 000 and 1: 50 000 are available for consultation at the Ministry of Health, the Regional Office of the Central Bohemia Region and the Municipal Office of Poděbrada.
Efficacy
This Decision shall enter into force on 1 May 2014.
